A total of 20 participants underwent a four-week training and mentoring program covering daily cash flow recording, budgeting, and financial decision-making simulations. Results showed a significant increase in participants' financial recording habits and saving behaviors. Before the program, only 3 participants had savings, which increased to 14 after the intervention. Participant satisfaction reached 90%, with an average financial literacy score increase of 38%. The practical and participatory-based training model proved effective in promoting positive financial behavior change. This initiative demonstrates that contextual financial education can serve as a sustainable household empowerment strategy. Further development is needed through institutional integration to maximize and sustain the impact of the program.
2025-02-07T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Suginam, Mesran, Rosnizamhttps://www.journals.adaresearch.or.id/bulletincs/article/view/85Peningkatan Daya Saing UMKM Kerajinan Lokal Melalui Penerapan Konsep Bluepreneur Berbasis Sumber Daya Ramah Lingkungan2025-09-04T01:59:25+00:00Dodi Siregardodi.729ar@gmail.comSri Rahayusri.rahayu@fe.uisu.ac.idImam Saputrasaputraimam69@gmail.comDian Purnama Saridianpurnama047@gmail.comVina Winda Sarivinawindasari@staff.uma.ac.id
This community service program aimed to enhance the competitiveness of local craft MSMEs through the application of the environmentally friendly bluepreneur concept. The implementation method included training, mentoring, and survey-based evaluation conducted before and after the program. The findings revealed a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of digital marketing, waste management, and the utilization of eco-friendly materials, with average scores increasing from 35% to 80%. These results highlight that bluepreneurship can serve as an effective strategy to strengthen MSME sustainability while supporting sustainable tourism development in Indonesia. The program’s limitations were mainly the limited duration of intensive mentoring and the participants’ lack of access to adequate digital technology.
2026-02-07T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Dodi Siregar, Sri Rahayu, Imam Saputra, Dian Purnama Sari, Vina Winda Sarihttps://www.journals.adaresearch.or.id/bulletincs/article/view/86Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru dalam Menggunakan TikTok sebagai Media Pembelajaran Interaktif untuk Meningkatkan Minat Belajar Siswa2025-09-04T01:57:37+00:00Agus Perdana Windartoagus.perdana@amiktunasbangsa.ac.idJeperson Hutahaeanjepersonhutahean@gmail.comKelik Sussolaikahkelik@unipma.ac.idSetiawansyahsetiawansyah@teknokrat.ac.id
This community service program aimed to enhance teachers’ competencies in utilizing TikTok as an interactive learning medium to improve student learning interest. The program was carried out through stages of needs assessment, training, mentoring, and evaluation, based on the DigCompEdu digital competence framework. The findings revealed significant improvements in teachers’ abilities to design microlearning content using short videos and to integrate social media into pedagogical practices. Comparative data between pre- and post-program stages showed that teachers who previously lacked digital literacy were able to produce creative and relevant educational content for classroom use. Participant satisfaction responses indicated that more than 80% of teachers rated the program as effective and beneficial in improving their teaching practices. Thus, this activity not only enhanced teachers’ digital capacities but also contributed to improving student learning motivation.
2025-02-07T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Agus Perdana Windarto, Jeperson Hutahaean, Kelik Sussolaikah, Setiawansyahhttps://www.journals.adaresearch.or.id/bulletincs/article/view/87Peningkatan Pendapatan Ibu Rumah Tangga Melalui Pelatihan Kuliner Khas Masakan Ayam Geprek Indonesia di Kampung Warna-Warni Kuala Perlis2025-09-04T01:55:29+00:00Suginamsuginam.icha@gmail.comSri Rahayusri.rahayu@fe.uisu.ac.idMime Azrina Jaafarmimeaj119@gmail.comAyu Iryanti Azniayuiryanti@ptss.edu.my
This community service program aimed to increase the income of housewives in Kampung Warna-Warni Kuala Perlis, Malaysia, through training in Indonesian “Ayam Geprek” culinary preparation, business management, and digital marketing.
